Cachapas

Cachapa is a thin pancake made with ground fresh corn. We top it with only cheese or  pabellon or reina. 
 
Pabellon: Traditional shredded beaf, black beans, fried plantain, avocado and cheese
Reina: shredded chicken with peas and mayo.
