What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Coordinator / Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee daily operations. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly while maintaining the quality, freshness and creativity that define ALMA Catering.
 

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily kitchen operations and production.

• Lead, motivate and support the kitchen team.

• Prepare fresh, seasonal meals from scratch.

• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

• Plan production schedules and organize kitchen workflows.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.

• Manage stock, ordering and food waste.

• Collaborate with management to improve menus and kitchen processes.
   

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing a professional kitchen and leading a team.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• A hands-on, proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Passion for fresh, healthy and sustainable food.

• Good command of English (required). Spanish is a plus.

• Experience in catering or high-volume food production is a strong advantage.
