Cachapas - Latin Pancakes

2 sweet corn pancakes ready to enjoy! They come in couples, a portion is 2 cachapas (also known as arepas de choclo). They are usually eaten with cheese or any ingredients you like! Latins top it up with different ingredients like black beans or chicken.
 
-------------------> NOTE: You will receive 2 pancakes for you to add our fillings on top or anything else you might like and enjoy it. You can eat them immediately or store it in your fridge. You choose!
-------------------> TO WARM UP after they have been in the fridge, just put them on a pan. 
-------------------> If you want to keep your cachapa IN THE FRIDGE, that's perfectly fine. We suggest to eat them within the next three days!
